The Alteryx Intelligence Suite is now available as a Designer add-on. Alteryx Intelligence Suite offers Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Text Mining capabilities on top of the great features that are already available with your Designer license. Two new options are available via the Data Cleansing tool to allow users to remove entire rows and columns of null data:

• Remove Null Rows

• Remove Null Columns

You can now access several key actions via a toolbar at the top of the Designer interface. Use the toolbar to access these actions:

• Open Workflow (Ctrl+O): Browse to the file location to open a previously created workflow.

• Save (Ctrl+S): Saves the active workflow.

• Cut (Ctrl+X): Deletes an object and copies it to the clipboard for immediate pasting.

• Copy (Ctrl+C): Copies an object to the clipboard.

• Paste (Ctrl+V): Pastes a copied object.

• Undo (Ctrl+Z): Automatically deletes the last action. Actions are recorded historically, so you can undo up to 32 actions.

• Redo (Ctrl+Y): Repeats the action that you just undid.

Several updates and improvements to data profiling via the Browse tool have been made:

• The holistic view now shows the top values for each column of data. Use the toggle to switch between the top values view and the data profiling charts.

• For columns that contain only one distinct value across all rows, the Only one value message displays.

• For columns where each value is unique, the All values are unique message displays.

• You can now see value ranges at a glance in the holistic view for numerical and data-time columns.

• You can now see a list of up to 1,000 distinct top values via the more > link in the top values view.
