Manage Licenses
Make sure you don’t mix up the fields for license keys. Mixing up keys can put your platform in an error state that is very hard to resolve. Enter only user-based license keys when you select + Activate Licenses. Enter only engine worker licenses in the Engine Worker License field.
Add, replace, and view license details on the Licenses page. As platform admin, you add licenses to the platform and license users. Site admins can also license users at the site level.
To add a license, go to Platform Admin > Licenses > + Activate Licenses. Enter the email address associated with your license key. Enter or paste license keys one per line.
The Seat Info table and User Info table on the Licenses page provide an easy-to-reference summary of how licenses are allocated on the platform. Expiration is important to notice. All of your license keys have the same expiration date. To replace licenses, select Replace Licenses before your license expiration date.
Engine Worker License
To activate an engine worker license, go to Platform Admin > Licenses > Engine Worker License. Enter the email address associated with the license and the License Key. You only need to do this if you’re adding remote engine workers. See the Engine Workers article for more information.
