Add Workflows and Insights to a Collection

Collections members with necessary permissions to add workflows, apps, and insights to the collection.

For each collection you are a member of, you have to have the Add Assets permission to add workflows, apps, and insights. If you don't see the Add Workflow button in the collection, review your collection permissions on the Users tab of the collection. If you don't have the Add Assets permission, contact your Gallery administrator or a Collections user that has admin permissions.

Note: Curators (Gallery admins) who have been added to the collection always have access to add assets to collections. 

Add or Remove Workflows

1. In the Gallery interface, select Collections. 
2. Select the collection you want to add the workflow to.
3. On the Workflows tab, select Add Workflow. 
4. Search for the workflow name and select it. This list shows the workflows and apps in your private studio that aren't already included in the collection.
5. Select Add.
    
   

The workflow displays in your list in the collection. Apps and macros can also be uploaded using these steps.

To remove a workflow from a collection, select the trash icon in the Actions column.

Add or Remove Insights

1. In the Gallery interface, select Collections.
2. Select the collection.
3. On the Insights tab, select Add Insights.
4. Search for the insight name and select it. This list shows the insights in your private studio that aren't already included in the collection.
5. Select Add.

To remove an insight from a collection, select the trash icon in the Actions column.
