Enable Users to Schedule Workflows

By default, Gallery users aren't allowed to schedule workflows. Curators (Gallery admins) can allow users to schedule workflows. First, enable the Users Can Schedule Workflows Gallery-level setting on the Configuration page in the Admin interface.



Next, each user has to have permission to schedule workflows. 

  1. Select Users on the Admin interface toolbar.
  2. Select the User.
  3. In the Actions panel, select Yes for the Schedule Jobs permission.
  4. Select Save.
    In the Actions panel, toggle the Schedule Jobs permission.
