In-Flight Jobs

If you have jobs running when a controller failover occurs, the jobs are terminated and re-queued for execution. This is to ensure Alteryx jobs are not abandoned and left processing indefinitely.

Workflow Execution Timeout

One of the features of Alteryx Server is the ability to cancel Alteryx workflows that run longer than a specified amount of time. When a failure occurs while a job is being processed, the timeout resets when the job execution restarts.
