Share a Report
Auto Insights Reports and Missions are now Alteryx One Platform assets. This change lets you share with Alteryx One Groups and simplifies team-based access.

All of the Reports and Missions are now assets and available on Library page, except for the Broadcasted Missions which will require a manual migration.
Go to the Reports page in Auto Insights.
Select the Report you want to share to open the details page.
Select Share from the upper-left corner. The Share window opens.
Select Users or Groups to share with.
Select permission level: Viewer or Editor.
Select Share.
Select Close.
Frequently Asked Questions
What about existing Reports and Missions?
They are considered as Alteryx One assets immediately. Except for the existing broadcasted missions. Newly created or existing missions cannot be broadcasted anymore.
Can I use Broadcast and User Groups at the same time?
Only existing broadcasted missions will need to be manual migrated. Newly or existing regular missions cannot be broadcasted anymore.
Can broadcast Missions be transitioned to Alteryx One Assets and User Group Sharing manually?
The Manual migration tool is available for workspace admins to migrate the existing broadcasted missions
Will Reports and Missions appear in the Alteryx One Library?
Yes, they will appear on the Library page.

The steps below describe the method to share Reports created before May 1, 2025.
These steps describe how to add viewers or editors to your Report. You can also send a Report and schedule a Report.
Select Share in the upper left corner of your Report.
Enter the names or emails of your collaborators.
From the dropdown, select a permission level:
Viewer: They can see the Report, but cannot make changes.
Editor: They can make real-time updates, refine insights, and collaborate.
Select Share.
Grant dataset access. If your collaborators require access to underlying datasets, you can request it directly from the Share Report pop-up window. Select Manage > Request.
Schedule a Report
A schedule (also known as a subscription) lets you automate the delivery of a report at a specified frequency. Editors can create, manage, and customize schedules, while viewers can only unsubscribe.
Create a Schedule
Go to the report you want to schedule.
Select Schedule.
Select New Schedule and enter a name.
Set the frequency , time, and Time Zone for when to send the report.
Add recipients.
Optionally, customize your message under Email Settings.
Select Schedule to finish.
Edit a Schedule
You can edit the schedule if you are an editor for the report.
Go to the report you want to schedule.
Select Schedule.
Select the 3-dot menu next to the schedule you want to edit.
Select Edit.
Update the schedule details and select Save.
Delete a Schedule
Editors can delete a schedule:
Select Schedule from the top of the report.
Find the schedule you want to delete.
Select the 3-dot menu > Delete.
Unsubscribe from a Schedule
If you are an editor, you can unsubscribe from any schedule. If you are a viewer, you can only unsubscribe from schedules that you have been added to by an editor. As a viewer, you can't resubscribe yourself.
To unsubscribe:
Select Schedule from the top of the report.
Find the schedule from which you want to unsubscribe.
Select the 3-dot menu > Unsubscribe me.
