Schedule Data Refresh

This article is for datasets created from an Alteryx One Platform dataset. For datasets managed within Auto Insights, see Database Refresh Frequency.
A new dataset will not automatically refresh its data. To refresh data, you can create a Plan, do a manual refresh, or schedule a refresh.
To schedule a refresh so that it happens automatically...
From the Datasets page, select the Dataset you want to schedule and select the ellipsis icon > Schedule.
The Schedule window appears. Existing refresh schedules that have been configured for this dataset will appear here. Click + New Schedule to create a new refresh schedule.
The New Schedule window appears. Enter a name for the refresh schedule.
Configure the occurrence of the schedule as required.
Click Schedule.
