Use the SharePoint Files Output tool to write data to your CSV, XLSX, and YXDB files as well as lists in your SharePoint site.

This tool is not automatically installed with Designer. To use this tool, download it from the Alteryx Community.

SharePoint Files Output version 2.1.0 also contains lists writing functionality which was a standalone data connector. Please note compatibility with Designer to maintain full functionality of the SharePoint Files data connector.

ツールの設定

このプロセスは、Microsoft SharePoint Online に適用されます。SharePoint ファイル出力ツールをインストールするには、Designer で、Alteryx コミュニティから入手できる [SharePoint ファイル] YXI ファイルを開きます。

すべてのユーザーを対象に SharePoint ファイル出力ツールをインストールするには、管理者として Designer を開きます。

  1. SharePoint ファイル出力をワークフローに追加するには、[コネクタ] ツールカテゴリに移動して、[SharePoint ファイル出力] を選択し、このツールをキャンバスにドラッグアンドドロップします。
  2. 認証には OAuth 方式が使用されます。
    • クラウド認証の場合は、次の手順を実行します。
      • インターネットブラウザーからサインイン： デフォルトの Alteryx アプリケーションを使用します。 
      • 認証の詳細を入力: 独自の OAuth アプリケーションを使用します。認証するには、ユーザー名とパスワードを入力します。クラウドサービスを使用するときにサーバー上でワークフローをスケジュールできるようにするには、トークンの有効期限が長くなるように、[サービスプリンシパルとして使用 (アプリ専用認証)] を有効にする必要があります。SharePoint ファイル入力ツールを初めて使用する場合は、リストされているアクセス許可を使用することに同意する必要があります。独自の API アプリケーションを作成する方法については、「カスタム API アプリケーションのセットアップ」セクションを参照してください。   

        会社のポリシーによっては、一部の権限で管理者の承認が必要になる場合があります。その場合は、アプリに理由を入力してリクエストを送信するか、IT チームに直接連絡してください。

    • オンプレミス認証の場合は、次の手順を実行します。
      • [ユーザー名]、[パスワード]、[URL] を入力します。
      • Windows アカウントで URL に接続します。
  3. [サイト] と [ドキュメントライブラリ] を選択できるようになります ([検索]を使用することもできます)。
  4. [ファイルの追加] を選択 してファイル名を入力するか、ファイル名を含むフィールドを選択します。拡張子は、選択したファイル形式に従って自動的に追加されます。
  5. 作成 ボタンを選択します。
  6. フォルダーを追加することもできます。これは自動的に選択されています。
  7. [オプション] タブには、選択したファイル形式に基づいて、複数のオプションが表示されます。
  8. XLSX ファイル形式の場合、[データ] タブでデータを書き込むシートを指定することもできます。
    • シート名: シート名を直接入力します。シートが存在しない場合は、SharePoint に作成されます。
    • フィールド: フィールド名の選択に基づいて複数のシートを作成します。
  9. ドロップダウンから、既存のファイルアクション (名前変更、上書き、追加、中止) を選択できます。既定では、名前変更アクションが実行されます。
  10. 実行 を選択して、ワークフローを実行します。

カスタム API アプリケーションのセットアップ

SharePoint コネクタには、使用できる組み込みのマルチテナントアプリが付属していますが、独自のアプリを使用する場合は、次の手順に従います。Microsoft Azure クラウドサービスでアプリケーションを構築および管理する方法の詳細については、Azure のドキュメント を参照してください。

  1. https://portal.azure.com/#home に移動します。
  2. Microsoft Azure Active Directory アカウントでサインインします。
  3. ホーム画面で[検索]を使用するか、左上隅のメニューに移動して [Azure Active Directory] サービスを開きます。
  4. 左側のメニューで [アプリの登録] を開きます。
  5. [+ 新規登録] を選択します。
  6. アプリの [名前] を指定します。
  7. 目的のアカウントの種類を選択します。シングルテナントとマルチテナントの両方が許可されています。
  8. オプションの [リダイレクト URI] で、次を行います。
    • ドロップダウンメニューから [シングルページアプリケーション (SPA)] を選択します。
    • さまざまなバージョンのコネクタで完全な機能を維持するには、次の 2 つの URL を設定します。
      • https://cef.alteryx.com/designer/oauthcallback
      • https://login.live.com/oauth20_desktop.srf
  9. 登録 を選択します。
    • [アプリケーション (クライアント ) ID] は、ご自分のクライアント ID です。
    • [ディレクトリ (テナント) ID] は、ご自分の [テナント ID] です。
  10. API のアクセス許可に移動して、これらの委任されたアクセス許可 (Microsoft Graph)を追加します。
    • Files.ReadWrite.All
    • offline_access
    • openid
    • User.Read
    • Sites.Read.All
    • Eメール
    • プロファイル
  11. サービスプリンシパル (アプリのみの認証) を使用するには、[証明書 & シークレット] に進み、[新しいクライアントシークレット] を追加します。ページを離れると再びアクセスできなくなるため、値をコピーします。これがシークレット ID です。API のアクセス許可で、これらのアプリケーションのアクセス許可 (Microsoft Graph)を追加します。
    • Files.Read.All
    • Files.ReadWrite.All
    • Sites.Read.All

Select a File Format

XLSX

  • Data Range options specify the names of the sheets to create. Options are By Sheet Name and By Field.

    • SharePoint Output excludes the field from the written data. You can keep it by selecting Keep Field in Output.

If you select the By Field option, multiple sheets will be created and named based on the value selected in Select Field.

  • Enter the cell in Start in cell to specify the start of data output. 

  • Select Write headers to include headers in the output data. 

  • Select Code Page to determine the encoding of the data. 

CSV

  • Use Max Field Length to set the maximum length of each field, allowing control over string cut off. 

  • Use Field Delimiter to select a field delimiter between fields. Options are Comma, Semicolon, Tab, Pipe, Space or Custom delimiter. 

  • Select Write headers to include headers in the output data. 

  • Use Quote Character to select a format of the quote. Options are None, Single Quote, Double Quote, or Custom. 

  • Select Code Page to determine the encoding of the data. 

YXDB

No options.

SharePoint Lists

Configure the Tool

  1. Select a List. The contents are specific to the URL you specify. If your URL contains a directory, only lists for that directory are shown.

  2. In Output Options, select an option for writing the list:

    • Append Existing: Appends all the data to an existing table.

    • Delete List and Append: Deletes all the original records from the table and then appends the data into the existing table.

    • Update; Warn on Update Failure: Updates only existing records with the IDs you specify. If a record cannot be updated, a warning is reported.

    • Update; Error on Update Failure: Updates only existing records with the IDs you specify. If a record cannot be updated, an error is reported and processing will stop.
