Admin
The administrator options are available when you select the Admin option from the top menu.
The Models tab provides a searchable listing of the models associated with your Promote instance. Every column is searchable.
The Users tab provides a list of the users associated with your Promote instance. This includes associated information such as the user's related email and API Key. Use the gear icon to take the following actions:
- delete user: An option to remove a user from your Promote instance. Click Yes on the confirmation window to remove the user.
- change role: An option to change the role of a user. Different roles have different permissions and capabilities.
- analyst: Can only query or deploy models.
- manager: Analyst capabilities, and can approve or reject models for production and administer production models.
- admin: Manager capabilities, and can deploy directly to production, create and delete users, and gain access to the system overview.
- reset password: An option to reset a user's password.
The System Overview tab provides an overview of the system running Promote. Green check marks indicate the system is running as expected.
The Advanced tab provides controls for system-level base images.
Base Images for either Python or R can be saved by typing or pasting the image reference into the text field and clicking Save.
Set the Disk Bundle Limit to restrict the number of bundles that can be on disk and click Save. This limit is applied to each model.
Control Prediction Logging for your Development / Staging environments and Production environment by selecting the related toggle. When changing the state of logging for an environment, a few seconds of downtime may occur as the models are restarted.

Promote integrates with Portainer, a cluster management tool. Set up your account to view your cluster.
