Create Workflow Tags
Curators (Server Admins) can create an unlimited number of workflow tags. They can also assign them to districts to assist with workflow organization within the Server UI. Go to the Districts help page for more info. Server users can then assign up to 5 tags to workflows. Admins can add additional tags to a workflow in excess of the limit, if those tags are marked for admin use only.
To create a new tag, go to the Workflows page, scroll to the Tags section.
Enter a tag in the Tag field and select Add New Tag.
Select Admin Only to make the tag only available to Curators (Server Admins) to assign to workflows.
