How is remote connectivity established and managed by administrators and technical support staff?

Remote connection to our servers can only be made via Alteryx secure VPN, with additional protection measures including Teleport and granting access based on least privilege. Teleport Authentication is performed via Alteryx Single-Sign On (SSO).

Can Auto Insights recover data for a specific customer in the case of equipment failure or other data loss?

Not for an individual customer, however, Cloud storage is used to back up data for recovery in case of widespread data loss. All backups have a retention period of 7 days, while disk backups occur daily.

How does Auto Insights manage removable media and disposal?

We don't use any removable media, all data is managed on company computers which are password-secured and encrypted.
