Get Access to Alteryx One App and Designer with Alteryx One Platform
You can use Alteryx One Platform Trial to test Designer. The trial period is 30 days.

Trial activation requires Alteryx One Platform. You can sign up here.
You must be online and signed in to your Alteryx account. You don’t need-and will not receive-a license key.
To activate Designer successfully, you must use the latest version of Alteryx One app and Designer.
Download Alteryx One app by signing up for the Alteryx One Platform trial, and downloading the installer from the Download Center. Once the Alteryx One app is installed, it will automatically install the latest version of Designer.
To access Alteryx One app, go to the installed Alteryx One app on your local system. Sign in to the Alteryx One app to access your workspace and begin using its features. Use your Alteryx account credentials to log in and continue.
To activate Designer…
Open Alteryx Designer.
Select Sign In to Your Trial.
Enter your Alteryx One Platform email.
Select Next.
(If applicable) Select a workspace from the list of workspaces displayed.
Note
This step is applicable only if you have more than one workspace associated with your account (for example, if you're an existing user who has created a trial).
Verify using the OTP code sent to your email.
Note
If you don’t receive the OTP within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If the email is still missing, ask your IT admin to allow messages from the Alteryx domain.
Enter your password and sign in.
The web browser displays the Verified Account message. If your account has the right permissions, activation of Designer is completed immediately.
You can now begin using Designer Desktop for the remainder of your trial period.
Important
Offline activation is not supported. Trial users must activate Designer using the Alteryx One Platform with an internet connection.
License keys are not required for trials. Activation is handled automatically when you sign in with Alteryx One Platform.
