Some asset types use different sharing behavior.
At this time, for Auto Insights Missions and Reports, Viewer, Contributor, and Editor access all include the Share permission. This means recipients can re-share the Mission or Report regardless of the selected access level.
Follow these steps to share an asset:

共有先のユーザーに必要な権限レベルを以下から選択します。

コントリビューター: アセットの読み取り、更新、実行が可能です。
エディター: アセットの読み取り、更新、共有、実行が可能です。
[共有]を選択して終了するか、[閉じる]を選択してプロセスを中止します。
Remove Access to Shared Asset
Follow these steps to remove access to a shared asset:
In Alteryx One, access the asset Library via the left navigation panel.
Locate the asset that you want to share, select its context (3-dot) menu, and select Share. Alternatively, if available, you can select View Asset Details to go to the asset's detail page. Then select Share on the details page.
Locate the user or group whose access you want to remove.
Select their permissions dropdown and select Remove. Confirm the action to remove access to the asset.
