Par défaut, seuls les utilisateurs connectés à l'interface utilisateur Server peuvent exécuter des workflows. Les administrateurs Server peuvent modifier ce paramètre pour permettre aux utilisateurs d'exécuter des workflows sur Mon espace de travail (onglet Public ) sans se connecter. Pour ce faire, activez le paramètre Les utilisateurs non enregistrés peuvent exécuter un workflow sur la page d'accueil dans l'onglet Configuration de la page Paramètres dans l'interface administrateur .
Limitations
Anonymous users cannot run public workflows if the Workflow Credentials Setting is configured to anything other than Use Default Credentials. For more information about the Workflow Credentials Setting, go to Alteryx Server Settings.
This feature isn't supported on Servers using Windows authentication. Anyone who accesses the Gallery will have a user record created automatically, and their access to the Public Gallery will follow the default user role.
