Fixed an issue where the Dataverse Input tool failed when reading the Dynamics 365 Auditing table with the Changed Date column included. Timestamps with sub-second precision caused a conversion error, preventing the workflow from completing.

Defaults Time and DateTime precision to milliseconds to avoid extra trailing zeros, while still supporting nanosecond resolution when required by the workflow.

Updated the logic for issuing new refresh tokens.

Fixed an issue where operations other than Overwrite failed with an error.
