Restrict Product Downloads

By default, the product downloads page is available to their users. Disabling the page doesn't affect its availability to workspace admins.

The account admins can select which products and their versions are available to users with respective roles and capabilities. Omitting products and versions doesn't affect their availability to workspace admins.

Select the Edit button in each section to precisely curate the available Designer versions, additional Designer downloads, and Server versions in a dialogue window. Each dialogue window has an option, enabled by default, to make new versions available automatically. If you clear the check box, the account admins will have to enable new versions manually.
