What's New
Improvements to Workspace Switching
Improved the workspace switcher experience for customers who belong to multiple workspaces.
Users with up to 8 workspaces can now view all available workspaces without scrolling or searching.
For users with more than 8 workspaces, workspace search and scrolling are now available to make navigation easier.
Accessibility Improvements
Improved keyboard navigation within the navigation panel flyout.
Added a Skip to Main Content link to improve keyboard accessibility.
Updated the Preferences option in the app bar to function as a standard clickable menu item.
Improvements to Alteryx One App and Designer Installs & Updates
Added Designer install and upgrade support alongside Alteryx One app update handling, so both can be managed from the streamlined update experience.
Updated Auto Update notifications copy to show different titles for Designer and Alteryx One app, so it is clearer what is available, being installed, or updated.
Fixed Issues
GAXA-567: Removed the incorrect launch notification shown for Analytic App (.yxwz) files.
GAXA-738: Fixed delayed behavior in the navigation flyout to prevent overlapping.
GAXA-823: Fixed Designer installation behavior on Windows Server environments.
GAXA-846: Fixed the Recent Assets table font size.
GAXA-858: Fixed a 404 error when syncing Alteryx Links created by the Alteryx One app into Designer DCM.
GAXA-871: Fixed an issue where users were not redirected to the sign-in screen after authentication expiration.
GAXA-889: Fixed Cloud App navigation that incorrectly opened an external browser instead of remaining in Alteryx One app.
GAXA-897: Fixed broken navigation links from notifications.
TCNE-1644: Removed incorrect capability fallback logic for Live Query product access.

What's New

Added a hover flyout with more details for the Download & Activate call to action in the left navigation.
Renamed Auto Insights assets:
Auto Insights Missions are now named Auto Insights Preset Report.
Auto Insights Reports are now named Auto Insights Custom Report.
Alteryx One now allows users to register with email addresses longer than 50 characters.

With a major version update from 0. to 1. users might encounter a one-time Alteryx One app update prompt to go to the Download & Activate page to get the latest installer. This is a one-time experience and will return to the regular "Restart Now" or "Restart Later" experience with future updates.

What's New
Alteryx One App
The Alteryx One app is a desktop app that introduces a unified entry point for the Alteryx One Platform, enabling access to both Designer and Alteryx cloud applications. A cloud login is required to use the Alteryx One app.
What’s included:
Desktop app (Windows): A Windows-based application that serves as the central interface for launching Designer and accessing Alteryx cloud applications. The Alteryx One app is required for upgrading to Designer 2026.1 and later. A cloud login is required for all Alteryx One app users.
Web Companion: A browser-based experience for accessing Alteryx cloud capabilities without the Designer integration.
