ワークフローを保存する、開く

DesignerをAlteryx One Platformワークスペースに接続すると、デスクトップのワークフローと分析アプリをクラウドに保存できます。また、その保存したワークフローとアプリをAlteryx OneからDesignerで開くこともできます。

ナビゲーションオプションは、ご利用のDesignerバージョンによって異なる場合があります。以下は、最新バージョンのDesignerでの手順を示しています。

Designer DesktopのワークフローまたはアプリをAlteryx Oneに保存する

Save your Designer assets, including workflow packages (.yxzp), workflows (.yxmd), macros (.yxmc), and Analytic Apps (.yxwz) to your Alteryx One Library (part of your Alteryx One Workspace).

注記

Starting with the 2026.1 release, Designer saves assets to the Alteryx One Library by default.

The active workspace determines where assets are saved. You can view or change it via Manage Connections > Alteryx Links. The active workspace here matches the active workspace in the Alteryx One application.

  1. Designerで、[ファイル] > [名前を付けて保存] > [Alteryx One]を選択し、ワークスペース接続を選択します。まだ接続を設定していない場合は、「Designer DesktopとAlteryx One Platform間のリンクの作成」の手順に従います。

  2. ワークフローまたはアプリの現在の名前は、[名前]フィールドに既定で入力されます。必要に応じて名前をカスタマイズできます。

  3. [場所]フィールドは、アセットがAlteryx Oneライブラリに保存されることを示します。必要に応じて、アセットを保存するフォルダーを選択します(フォルダー名は[場所]フィールドのパスに含まれています)。

  4. Select the Asset Type:

    • Designer Workflow Package (.yxzp): Packages workflow and copies of all its dependencies. To execute a Designer workflow in Alteryx One via Workspace Execution, you must save it to Alteryx One as a Workflow Package (.yxzp).

    • Designer Workflow (.yxmd)

    • Designer Analytic App (.yxwz)

    • Designer Macro (.yxmc)

    Workspace Execution

    Workspace Execution lets you execute Designer workflows in the cloud. Note that workflows that you build in Designer need to be edited in Designer. These workflows aren't editable in Designer Cloud at this time.

    To execute a Designer workflow in Alteryx One via Workspace Execution, you must save it to Alteryx One as a Workflow Package (.yxzp).

  5. If you select Workflow Package, use the Dependencies section to review dependencies and determine how you want to group them. Unpackaged assets don't contain dependencies.

    For Workspace Execution, make sure all dependencies and connections are accessible from your Alteryx One Workspace.

    • Turn on the Group By Tool toggle to show all of the workflow's assets or file dependencies grouped with the tool they are connected to. This setting organizes assets for each tool so that information is easier to parse—it doesn't change how the YXZP file is created.

    • Uncheck an asset to omit it from the workflow package.

    • Select Reset to restore the Dependencies.

  6. [すべてのDesktop接続を同期]チェックボックスは既定でオンになっており、ワークフローで使用されているすべての接続がワークスペースに追加または同期されます。この同期は、Workspace Executionを介してワークフローを正常に実行する(かつエラーを回避する)ために必要です。

    このオプションは、Designerバージョン2025.1以降で使用できます。

  7. [保存]*を選択します。この時点で、Alteryxはワークフローまたはアプリを検証して、禁止されている非DCMデータ接続を使用していないかを確認します。詳細については、ツール、エンジン、ドライバー、コネクタの互換性を確認してください。保存が成功すると、緑色の成功メッセージが表示されます。ここで[表示]を選択すると、ワークフローが保存されたAlteryx Oneライブラリが開きます。または、「x」をクリックしてDesigner Desktopで作業を続行できます。

    *すでにAlteryx Oneワークスペースで認証されている場合は、これで設定が完了します。認証されていない場合は、保存を選択すると既定ブラウザの新しいウィンドウが開き、そこで保存先のAlteryx Oneワークスペースにサインインできます。

DesktopワークフローとアプリをAlteryx Oneで表示する

ヒント

標準ワークフローと分析アプリでは使用できるオプションが異なります。たとえば、ワークフローの実行をスケジュール設定できますが、分析アプリではできません。

Alteryx Oneへの保存後は、[Alteryx Oneライブラリ]で、Designerワークフローや分析アプリを見つけることができます。フィルター(ファネル)アイコンをクリックして[アセットタイプ]を選択し、[Designer Desktopワークフロー]または[デスクトップ分析アプリ]を選択できます。

ライブラリでは、ユーザー権限に応じて、次のようないくつかのアクションを実行できます。

  • Alteryx Oneでワークフローをスケジュール設定または実行する、Alteryx Oneで分析アプリを直接実行する

  • ワークフローやアプリ、またはパッケージ化されたアセットが含まれるファイルをダウンロードする

  • Alteryx OneからDesignerワークフローとアプリを削除します。

各オプションにアクセスするには、ワークフローまたはアプリに関連付けられた三点リーダーメニュー(⋮)を使用します。詳細については、「アセットライブラリ」を参照してください。

Alteryx OneからDesigner Desktopワークフローを開く

Designerで作成され、Alteryx Oneに保存されたワークフロー*を開くには、次の手順に従ってください。ワークフローがDesignerで開きます。

  1. Designerで、[ファイル] > [ワークフローを開く]* > [Alteryx One Platform]を選択します。まだ接続を設定していない場合は、「Designer DesktopとAlteryx One Platform間のリンクの作成」の手順に従います。

    *Alteryx Oneに保存されているデスクトップワークフローには、[ファイル] > [最近使用したワークフロー]からもアクセスできます。

  2. If you want to open a local file, select Open From Local at the bottom of the modal. Otherwise, you can select the Designer asset that you want to open from the Library.

    The Library displays these asset details:

    • Name: The name of the asset.

    • Asset Type: Lists the Designer asset type: Workflow, Macro, Analytic App, or Workflow Package.

    • Shared With: Lists the users with whom the asset has been shared.

    • Owner: The owner of the asset.

    • Last Updated: The timestamp of the last update.

    There are a number of filtering and search options available to help you find your asset:

    • Use the All, Owned by Me, and Shared With Me options to narrow your list of assets as needed.

    • Use the funnel icon to apply a filter to the library.

    • Use the Search field to find your asset by Name.

  3. Once you locate the asset that you want to open, select it from the list. The asset opens in Designer.

Alteryx Oneからワークフローまたは分析アプリをダウンロードする

または、Alteryx Oneから直接ワークフローまたはアプリをダウンロードすることもできます。次の手順に従ってください。

  1. Alteryx Oneで、[ライブラリ]に移動し、フィルター(ファネル)アイコンを使用して[アセットタイプ]でフィルタリングします。[Designer]を選択して、Designerアセットを表示します。

  2. Desktopワークフローまたは分析アプリを探し、三点リーダーメニュー(⋮)を使用して[ダウンロード]を選択します。

ダウンロードすると、ワークフローもしくはアプリ、またはパッケージ化されたアセットが含まれるYXZPファイルが作成されます。
