Link Designer Desktop and Alteryx One Platform (Designer DesktopとAlteryx One Platform間のリンクの作成)
Workspace Executionを使用するには、DesignerとAlteryx One Platformワークスペース間をリンクさせる必要があります。
DesignerをAlteryx One Platformプラットフォームに正常に接続すると、Designerの[ファイル] > [接続を管理] > [Alteryxリンク]から接続の詳細を確認できます。名前列でデータソース名を選択して、接続の詳細の表示、接続の編集、接続の削除などができます。

In Designer, go to File > Manage Connections > Alteryx Links. Select Connect to Alteryx One at the top-right of the page.
In the dialog box, select the cloud instance that you want to connect to (United States, Europe, Australia, or Custom).
Sign in to your Alteryx One account and select the workspace you want to connect to.
Once you have successfully signed in, the browser and Designer display a success message. You can then close the browser and Designer windows.
Connections are securely authenticated via the browser and automatically saved in the Data Connection Manager (DCM) with labels for easy identification.
Override Alteryx Link
The Alteryx Link, when set to active, represents the currently-selected workspace connection in Designer. The link determines which workspace your assets (workflows, connections, and related resources) are stored in. You can temporarily change or replace a current active link in Designer. Active Links are determined by the workspace selected in the Alteryx One app.
To override the existing Alteryx Link...
In Designer, go to File < Manage Connections > Alteryx Links.
Find the link you want to set as active and select the 3-dot menu for that link.
Select Set as Active.
重要
Multiple Alteryx Links can exist for the same data source, but only one link can be active at a time.
Changing the active link in Designer is temporary. If you close the Alteryx One app or Designer, when you reopen, the link will revert to the link defined in the app.
Alteryx Oneへの接続プロセスは、Designer Desktopバージョン2025.1以降ではCloudリンクウィザードを使用することで簡素化できます。
Designer Desktopで、[ファイル] > [接続を管理]の順に選択し、データ接続マネージャー(DCM)を開きます。
左側のメニューで[Alteryxリンク]を選択し、[+新規]ボタンを選択してCloudリンクウィザードを開きます。
接続するクラウドインスタンス(米国、ヨーロッパ、オーストラリア、カスタムインスタンス)を選択し、[起動]を選択して続行します。インスタンスは、Alteryx One Platformアカウントへのサインインに使用するリージョンです。接続するワークスペースのURLで確認できます。
Alteryxによって起動したブラウザウィンドウにEメールアドレスを入力して、Alteryx Oneアカウントにサインインします。
次に、接続するワークスペースを選択します。
接続が成功すると、ブラウザとDesigner Desktopに成功メッセージが表示されます。これらを閉じて、Workspace Executionの使用を開始します。
Designer Desktopで、[ファイル] > [接続を管理]の順に選択し、データ接続マネージャー(DCM)を開きます。
左側のメニューで Alteryxリンク を選択し、[+新規] ボタンを選択します。
Alteryx One Platformが既定のテクノロジーとして選択されています。必要な情報を入力します。
データソース名: このリンクの表示名(ラベル)です。表示名は[名前を付けて保存]および[開く]メニューに表示され、接続先の確認に役立ちます。
クラウドインスタンスURL: Alteryx One Platformプラットフォームへのアクセスに使用するURL (例、https://company.alteryxcloud.com/)です。この情報については、Alteryx One管理者にお問い合わせください。
ワークスペース名: Alteryx Oneワークスペースの名前で、URL中(ベースURLの後)に含まれています。たとえば、Alteryx OneにアクセスするURLが
https://region.alteryxcloud.com/?workspace=my-workspaceだとします。この場合、[ワークスペース名] のフィールドにはmy-workspaceと入力します。この情報については、Alteryx One管理者にお問い合わせください。
[保存]を選択します。次に、資格情報をリンクする必要があります。
まず[+ 接続資格情報]を選択します。
Workspace ExecutionはOpenID Connect (OIDC)認証方式をサポートします。このオプションは [認証方法]ドロップダウンで事前選択されています。
[OIDCトークン] セクションで、[資格情報] ドロップダウンを使用して既存の資格情報を選択するか、[新しい資格情報の作成] を選択します。
新しい資格情報を作成する必要がある場合は、[資格情報名] を入力します。このラベルは、今後この資格情報を識別するのに役立ちます。
既定ではDCMが保管庫に設定されます。
[接続テスト]または[作成とリンク]を選択して終了することもできます。Alteryx Oneワークスペースにまだサインインしていない場合、ブラウザからAlteryx Oneへの認証を求められます。
重要
接続に失敗した場合は、Alteryx One接続に用いるベースURLとワークスペース名が正しいことを確認してください。
Alteryxリンクを表示、編集、同期する
DesignerとAlteryx Oneの間のリンクを作成したら、DesignerをWorkspace ExecutionのAlteryx Oneとシームレスに接続し、同期することができます。これにより、両方のプラットフォームで接続情報の一貫性を維持できます。
資格情報は、Alteryxリンクで作成した各リンクの接続セクションで同期できます。
[ファイル] > [接続を管理] > [Alteryxリンク]の順に移動します。
既存のリンクの名前を選択して開き、詳細を表示します。
リンクを更新するには、[編集]ボタンを選択します。必要な編集を行い、[保存] を選択するか、[キャンセル]を選択して前の画面に戻ります。
[接続]セクションで[同期]を選択して、Designer DesktopとAlteryx Oneの間で資格情報を同期します。
同期が完了すると、確認メッセージが表示されます。同期に問題がある場合は、エラーメッセージが表示されます。
