Save and Re-run a Workflow with Ask Alteryx
When Ask Alteryx builds a workflow, it saves the workflow to your workspace. You can run the workflow again later from any chat, without rebuilding it.
Where Your Workflow Is Saved
Ask Alteryx saves the workflow to Library with a name that describes what the workflow does, for example Customer Counts by Region. The response in the chat includes the workflow name.
Run a Workflow Again
Open Ask Alteryx. You can use the chat where you built the workflow or start a new chat.
Ask Ask Alteryx to run the workflow by name, for example "Run my Customer Counts by Region workflow again and show me the results."
Ask Alteryx runs the workflow and reports the run status, the number of errors and warnings, and the results.
Change a Workflow
To update the workflow, send a follow-up request, for example "Add a filter to remove blank regions," or select one of the suggested next steps below the response.
