保存和打开工作流

将 Designer 与 Alteryx One Platform 工作区连接后，您可以将 Desktop 工作流和分析应用程序保存到云端，也可以在 Designer 中从 Alteryx One 打开这些已保存的工作流和应用程序。

Note that the navigation options can vary depending on your Designer version. The instructions below refer to the current (most recent) version of Designer.

将 Designer Desktop 工作流或应用程序保存到 Alteryx One

按照以下步骤将您的 Designer 工作流或分析应用程序保存到 Alteryx One：

  1. 在 Designer 中，选择文件 > 另存为 > Alteryx One Platform，然后选择您的工作区连接（该连接由您在配置时提供的数据源名称标识）。如果您尚未配置连接，请选择连接到 Cloud，然后按照在 Designer Desktop 和 Alteryx One Platform 之间创建链接中的说明进行操作。

  2. 默认情况下，工作流名称字段会填充当前的工作流或应用程序名称。您可以根据需要自定义名称。如果您的工作流中包含任何资产，则会显示在下方。

    • Select your Asset Type (Workflow, Workflow Package, Analytic App, etc.). If your asset has dependencies, they are displayed below.

      重要

      To run your Designer workflow with Workspace Execution in Alteryx One, you must save it as a Workflow Package (YXZP).

    • 选中按工具对资产分组* 复选框，以显示与其所连接工具分组在一起的全部工作流资产或文件依赖项。

    • 取消选中资产，该资产则不会包含在工作流包中。

    *此设置组织各工具的资产，使信息更容易解析，但不会更改创建 YXZP 文件的方式。

  3. 默认情况下，已选中同步所有 Desktop 连接复选框，以便将工作流中使用的所有连接添加到您的工作区或与之同步。要通过 Workspace Execution 成功执行工作流（并避免错误），需要进行此同步。

    重要

    此选项适用于 Designer 2025.1 及更高版本。

  4. 选择保存*。此时，Alteryx 会验证您的工作流或应用程序，确认未使用受禁的非 DCM 数据连接。有关详细信息，请查看工具、引擎、驱动程序和连接器兼容性。进度条指示保存进度。保存成功后，会出现绿色成功提示消息。在这里，您可以选择查看按钮（将打开保存工作流的 Alteryx One 库），或单击“x”继续在 Designer Desktop 中工作。

    *如果您已完成 Alteryx One 工作区的身份验证，则一切准备就绪。如果您未完成身份验证，选择“保存”将会在默认浏览器中打开一个新窗口，以便您登录要保存到的 Alteryx One 工作区。

重要

借助 Workspace Execution，您可以在 Desktop 上创建和编辑工作流或分析应用程序，并在云端运行它们。在 Designer Desktop 中构建的工作流和应用程序必须在 Designer Desktop 中编辑。目前，这些工作流和应用程序在 Designer Cloud 中无法使用或编辑。

在 Alteryx One 中查看 Desktop 工作流和应用程序

提示

请注意，标准工作流和分析应用程序有不同的选项。例如，您可以为工作流设置计划运行，但不能为应用程序设置计划。

保存到 Alteryx One 后，您可以在 Alteryx One 中通过库 > Designer Desktop 找到您的 Designer 工作流和分析应用程序。在这里，您可以下载含有工作流或应用程序及其打包资产的文件，在 Alteryx One 中计划工作流运行、直接在 Alteryx One 中运行分析应用程序，并从 Alteryx One 中删除您的 Designer 工作流和应用程序。使用该工作流或应用程序的三点菜单访问这些选项。

In the Library, you can perform several actions (depending on your user permissions), including...

  • Schedule or run your workflow in Alteryx One, run your Analytic App directly in Alteryx One

  • Download a file that contains the workflow or app and any packaged assets.

  • Delete your Designer workflows and apps from Alteryx One.

从 Alteryx One 打开 Designer Desktop 工作流

按以下步骤操作，打开在 Designer 中创建并保存到 Alteryx One 的工作流*。工作流将在 Designer 中打开。

重要

*目前这些说明仅适用于工作流。要从 Alteryx One 打开 Designer 分析应用程序，请务必从 Alteryx One 库下载它，并将其导入到 Designer 中。

  1. 在 Designer 中，选择文件 > 打开工作流* > Alteryx One Platform，然后选择您的工作区连接（由您在配置时提供的数据源名称标识）。如果您尚未配置连接，请选择添加新链接，然后按照在 Designer Desktop 和 Alteryx One Platform 之间创建链接一文中的说明进行操作。

    *您也可以通过文件 > 打开最近项，访问保存到 Alteryx One 的 Desktop 工作流。

  2. 在打开工作流窗口中，选择工作流，然后选择打开按钮。如果您有很多工作流，请使用搜索框按名称搜索。您可以单击工作流标签，按字母升序或降序对工作流排序。

    • If you have many workflows, use the Search box to search by name.

    • You can click on the Name label to sort the workflows alphabetically in ascending or descending order.

    • You can also use the filter icon (funnel) to filter your list by Owner, Shared With, Tab, and Created By categories.

从 Alteryx One 下载工作流或分析应用程序

或者，您也可以直接从 Alteryx One 下载工作流或应用程序。操作如下...

  1. 在 Alteryx One 中，前往库 > Designer Desktop。

  2. 找到您的 Desktop 工作流或分析应用程序，然后使用三点菜单选择下载。

下载操作会创建一个 YXZP 文件，其中包含工作流或应用程序以及任何打包的资产。
