Transfer Schedule Ownership
Curators can transfer a single schedule or multiple schedules to a new owner.
When you transfer a schedule to a new owner, Server updates the ownership field.
Important
Connections do NOT transfer. Update connections and credentials after the transfer.
Past runs are not shared in the transfer.
Worker assignment is retained.
Permissions
You can only transfer a schedule to a user with the Artisan or Curator role.
The new owner must have access to the schedule. Or you won’t be able to transfer that schedule to the new owner.
The new owner must have permission to schedule workflows.
Transfer a Single Schedule
You can transfer a schedule from the Schedules or Schedule Details pages.
To transfer a schedule to a new owner, go to Admin > Schedules.
For the schedule you want to change the owner for:
Select the 3-dot menu for the specific schedule, then select Transfer Owner.
Or go to the Schedule Details page and select Transfer Owner in the upper-right corner.
A Transfer Schedule window opens.
In the New Owner field, select the user you want to be the new owner. Server notifies you if the user doesn’t have needed permissions or roles.
Select Transfer. Server transfers the schedule to the new owner’s studio.
Transfer Schedules in Bulk
To transfer multiple schedules, go to Admin > Schedules.
To select all schedules, select the Name checkbox. Clear the checkbox for schedules you would like to deselect. The number of selected items appears at the top of the Schedules table.
Select Transfer Owner in the upper right corner of the Schedules table. A Transfer Schedules window opens.
Select the user you want to transfer the schedules to.
Select Transfer. Server transfers the schedules you selected to the new owner’s studio.

Notifications
Notification options are available in Notifications. These are automatically on. Server sends notifications to past and new owners when you transfer assets via the Server UI or API. For more information, go to the Notifications help page.
