  • prompt.png 提示词工具：向大型语言模型 (LLM) 发送提示词，并接收模型输出的响应。

  • llm_override_icon.png LLM 覆盖工具：选择并配置要在工作流中与 AI 工具配合使用的 LLM 提供商连接。

AI 辅助工具

注意

AI 辅助工具目前处于公开预览版阶段。它们可能存在已知问题，可能不包括所有预期功能，且如有更改，恕不另行通知。

如何获得访问权限？

AI 工具已向专业版和企业版的 完整 用户开放。Designer 基本安装包现已包含 AI 工具，无需单独安装。

管理员访问控制

具有 完整用户 角色的用户默认拥有 AI 工具的访问权限。要限制对这些工具的访问，请分配一个已对其禁用 GenAI 工具功能的自定义角色。详细了解用户角色和功能。

首先，从 Alteryx One下载并安装Designer。

公开预览用户的已知问题

如果您先前安装了 AI 工具的公开预览版，请务必先删除公开预览工具文件夹，然后再升级到 Designer 25.2。转至以下文件夹：

  • %PROGRAMDATA%\Alteryx\Tools

  • %APPDATA%\Roaming\Alteryx\Tools

删除以下文件夹（如果存在）：

  • LLMOverride_2024_1

  • Prompt_1_0

  • 合成输入

如何连接到 LLM？

为了确保 AI 工具正常使用，请务必先在 Alteryx One 中创建与 LLM 的连接。连接 LLM 后，您可以在 Designer 中通过 LLM 覆盖或提示词工具选择它。创建 LLM 连接

管理员访问控制

默认情况下，具有 完整用户 角色的用户可以创建 LLM 连接。要限制对 LLM 连接的访问，请分配一个已禁用 LLM 连接能力的自定义角色。详细了解用户角色和功能。

How to Audit AI Tool Usage

An Account Admin账户管理员 can use the Audit Logs page in Alteryx One to review AI tool execution events for users and workspaces. AI tool executions appear with an event description in this format: Generated content with model [model-name], where [model-name] is the model used for the execution.

Expand an audit log entry to review additional event details. Depending on the event, the metadata can include information such as:

  • The model used for the execution.

  • Input and output token usage.

  • Content types used for input and output.

  • The connection ID.

  • The user email, workspace, event time, and result status.

Use this information to understand AI tool usage, investigate failed executions, and review model and token usage across your account. Audit log data is available for the last 90 days. To retain audit events for longer, download the records from the Audit Logs page.

语言支持

软件要求

AI 工具兼容 Designer 2025.2 或更高版本。Server 不支持 AI 工具。您可以在 Alteryx One 中使用 Workspace Execution 来实现 AI 工具的工作流自动化。Cloud Execution for Desktop
