US Experian (Allocate)
Important
As this is an annual CAPE update, there are numerous changes to variable availability and names. Many variable names have been altered in this release, and the same variable name might represent a different value compared to the previous release. Please review the detailed changelog in your installer’s documentation folder and verify your workflow variable selection to ensure the intended field is selected.
The Updated Experian CAPE Technical Documentation (CAPE_2024_Tech_Overview-Alteryx.docx) is available in your installer’s documentation folder. It provides context on variable changes and methodology.
Experian has removed Health fields from CAPE to comply with WA and NV Health Data Privacy laws which require opt-in consent for health data. This change affects variables nationwide in the US Experian Allocate Datasets and has led to the removal of Health-based Consumer Expenditure Allocate Reports. Refer to the Q2 2024 Change Log in the documentation folder for details.
The Mature Market Comparison Report has been removed from Allocate Reports as it is no longer compatible with the new income ranges of some CAPE variables.
Canada Location Insights

The 2015 Matchmaker geocoder has been removed from the installer. The Canada API Geocoder is the only officially supported geocoder in Canada.
