Recent Assets

The home page of Alteryx One app displays up to 25 recently accessed assets from your Library, including cloud assets. In the desktop app, this includes local assets as well.

Select an asset to open it in the appropriate module in a new tab, or in a new window if you open Designer:

  • Designer Desktop Workflow

  • Designer Cloud Workflow

  • Live Query Workflow

  • App Builder

  • Orchestrator

  • Designer packages .yxzp

  • Analytic App

  • Designer Macro

  • Auto Insights (Custom Reports, Datasets, Preset Report)

Each asset displays:

  • Name

  • Asset Type

  • Last Updated Date

Select Go to Library to view the list of assets you own, assets shared with you, and assets you have shared with others. For more information, go to Library.
