Create one or more user groups if you have sets of users with similar access needs, like teams. For more information, go to User Groups.
Capabilities
Capabilities determine what products and role-based features the user can access, as well as the actions that they can perform on assets. Capabilities that the user has been assigned are listed here.
Select a capability to expand it and view details.
Assets Tab
In the Assets tab, you can review all assets owned by the user by asset category. You can also transfer the user's assets to another user.
Avvertimento
Asset transfer cannot be undone. After asset ownership has been transferred, the original user retains access to the asset or assets as a collaborator, except for macros.
To transfer one or more assets, follow these steps:
Select the asset category at the top of the list (for example, Designer Desktop, Connections, etc).
Locate or search for the asset. Search results are constrained to the currently selected category.
Select the checkbox next to the asset or assets that you wish to transfer. You can select assets from other categories, too.
Select the asset's context (3-dot) menu and select Transfer.
Specify the user to whom you wish to transfer the assets. Then, select Transfer again.

Disable User
When a user is disabled, the user can't access Alteryx One Platform.
The disabled user still counts against the workspace limit.
All of the user's assets are retained.
Assets that are owned by the user become inaccessible to other users who have access.
Nota
Schedules owned by a disabled user continue to execute. An admin can disable the schedule. For more information, go to Schedules Page.
To allow access again, re-enable the user.

At the time of removal, you can choose to transfer ownership of the user's assets to another user. If those assets are not transferred, they are removed from the user's account.
Avvertimento
If you must recover a removed user or that user's assets, please contact Alteryx Support within 14 days of the deletion.
An admin cannot remove himself or herself from the project or workspace.
