管理资产

您可以通过资产库执行多种资产操作。每个资产都有多个可通过其上下文（3 点）菜单执行的操作。这些操作因资产类型而异。要访问资产上下文菜单，请在左侧导航窗格中选择库，然后选择列表中特定资产的三点菜单。

重要

上下文菜单选项因资产类型、用户角色和权限而异。某些操作也仅可通过 Alteryx One 应用进行。

运行、计划和 Orchestrator 兼容性

目前，针对这些 Designer 资产，暂不支持运行和制定计划功能：

  • Designer 工作流 (YXMD)

  • Designer 宏 (YXMC)

  • Designer 分析应用程序 (YXWZ)

此外，这些 Designer 资产不可用于 Orchestrator 规划。

查看资产详细信息

选择查看资产详细信息以打开“资产详细信息”页面。这是查看和管理单个资产的中心位置。它相当于该资产的“概要页面”，用户可以在其中查看元数据、了解关联关系，并根据其权限执行相关操作。如需了解详情，请转至资产详细信息。

在模块中打开

选择打开位置...，以在其关联模块（Designer、Designer Cloud、Live Query、Plans 等）中打开该资产。您也可以直接在库列表视图中选择资产名称将其打开。

Open Designer Assets from Browser

When you open a Designer asset from Alteryx One in the browser, the asset opens via the Alteryx One app. If you haven't installed the Alteryx One app, you must do so before you can successfully open a Designer asset from the browser.

运行

选择运行* 立即执行该资产。

*You can run and schedule a Designer workflow package (YXZP) in Alteryx One. However, at this time, the ability to run and schedule individual Designer workflows (YXMD) is not available. The package can include Designer macros (YXMC) that are saved to your Alteryx One library. During execution, the workflow package references the cloud-saved macro included in the package. 计划

选择计划以打开“计划”对话框。在此处，您可以查看该资产关联的现有计划并添加新计划。如需了解详情，请转至计划。

Orchestrate

Select Orchestrate* to add the asset to an Orchestrator Plan to automate how it runs and connects with other tasks. You can create a new Plan or add the asset to an existing Plan. For more information, go to Build Plans.

  1. Select where to add the asset:

    • Select Create a New Plan and enter a name in the Plan Name field.

    • Select Add to an Existing Plan and use the Select Plan dropdown to find and choose the existing plan to use.

  2. If you want to open the plan in a new tab in Alteryx One, select Open the Plan in a New Tab.

  3. Select Orchestrate to launch Orchestrator.

共享

选择共享以与工作区中的其他用户共享该资产。按照以下步骤共享资产：

  1. 使用选择用户或组下拉菜单，选择或搜索您想与其共享该资产的用户。

  2. 为接收用户选择所需的权限级别：

    • 查看者：用户可以读取和运行资产。

    • 贡献者：用户可以读取、更新和运行该资产。

    • 编辑者：用户可以读取、更新、共享和运行该资产。

  3. 选择共享以完成，或选择关闭以放弃此过程。

移动

选择“移动”以将资产移动至文件夹中。如需了解详情，请转至文件夹。

下载

选择下载，将资产的本地副本下载到您的计算机。

Tags

选择标签，将标签应用于该资产，或访问“管理标签”窗口。如需了解详情，请转至标签。

数据标签

选择数据标签以将标签应用于您的资产。如需了解详情，请转至数据标签。

复制

选择复制以创建该资产的副本。

  1. 在“复制”弹窗中，为副本命名。

  2. 选择保存以完成。

转让所有权

选择转让所有权，以将资产所有权转让给工作区中的另一个用户。如需了解详情，请转至转让资产所有权。

版本历史记录

选择版本历史记录以打开资产的“版本历史记录”对话框。在此处，您可以恢复资产的历史版本，并从历史版本中创建新资产。

Save as Package

Select Save as Package to save a workflow as a package to deliberately mark a tested change as release-ready, rather than promoting work-in-progress by default. When you save a package, you assign it a version and description—giving reviewers clear context about what changed and why, before they approve it for promotion. 删除

选择删除以打开“删除资产”对话框。再次选择“删除”以进行确认。

删除是永久性的。
