Which Alteryx products do I need to have to use the Alteryx Marketplace?
The Alteryx Marketplace currently supports Add-Ons for Alteryx Designer Desktop and Server versions 2021.4, 2022.1, 2022.3, and 2023.1. In the future, we'll expand our offering to list Add-Ons for the Alteryx Analytics Platform.
How do I download something from the Alteryx Marketplace?
To download an Add-On from the Alteryx Marketplace, you must be signed in with your MyAlteryx SSO account. Once you are signed in, select the Download Now button on any Add-On, and follow the download instructions.
Who can download Add-Ons from the Alteryx Marketplace?
Any MyAlteryx user with an active Designer or Server license.
How is the Alteryx Marketplace different from the Community Gallery?
Gallery and the Alteryx Marketplace are complimentary platforms that enrich your Alteryx Experience. Community Gallery remains your one-stop shop for peer-to-peer interactions, examples, use cases, and more. The Alteryx Marketplace is where you can find verified assets that have undergone rigorous validation, ensuring you have the tools you need with the confidence of support.
How can I tell if something moved from Community Gallery to Alteryx Marketplace?
Over the coming months, some of your Community Gallery items on our Community Gallery will move to the Alteryx Marketplace. When Alteryx-built and partner-built Add-Ons pass our verification checks and content update requirements, they are entered into the Alteryx Marketplace, and you are redirected from their Gallery links.
Are all Add-ons on the Alteryx Marketplace free?
All Add-Ons on the Alteryx Marketplace are free to download. In the future, we will offer transactions on the Alteryx Marketplace
I have an Add-On that my company wants to list on the Alteryx Marketplace. How do I submit it?
We are currently building our Alteryx Marketplace Submission Portal. All Add-On submissions are part of our Submission Portal Pilot Program. To join the Pilot Program, select the Submit an Add-On option from the top navigation and follow the steps to request participation in the program.
