管理 Alteryx 链接

现在，您可以链接 Designer 和 Alteryx Platform 。您既可以在 Designer 中打开来自 Platform 的工作流，也可以将 Designer 工作流保存到 Platform。Platform

重要

请注意，目前并非所有 Designer Desktop 工具都与 Designer Cloud 兼容。虽然您可以将工作流保存到包含与 Designer Cloud 不兼容的工具的 Platform，但如果您在 Designer Cloud 中打开这些工作流，会收到警告消息。如需查看当前 Designer Cloud 工具的列表，请转至 Designer Cloud 工具列表 。

将 Designer 链接到 Platform

要链接 Designer 和 Alteryx Platform，请在 Alteryx Designer 中

  1. 转至 选项 >  管理 Alteryx 链接 。

  2. 选择 + 添加 按钮。

  3. 选择 Platform 。

  4. 在提供的字段中输入您的 Platform URL，然后选择 链接 按钮。

  5. 接下来，您需要通过 Platform 单点登录进行身份验证。一旦您进行身份验证，与 Platform 之间的链接将在多个会话中保持活跃状态，但最终将过期。身份验证过期后，您需要重新进行身份验证。

连接 Designer 和 Platform 后，您可以将 Designer 工作流保存到 Platform，并在 Designer 中从 Platform 打开工作流。

将 Designer 工作流保存到 Platform

要将 Designer 工作流保存到 Alteryx Platform，请在 Designer 中

  1. 转至 文件  > 另存为  > Alteryx Platform 。

  2. 选择您的 Platform 链接。

  3. 输入工作流的 名称 ，并选择工作流的 保存 位置。

  4. 选择 保存 按钮以完成。

在 Designer 中从 Platform 打开工作流

要从 Alteryx Platform 打开工作流，请在 Designer 中

  1. 转至 文件  > 打开工作流  > Alteryx Platform 。

  2. 选择您的 Platform 链接。

  3. 找到工作流的保存位置并选择它。

  4. 选择 打开 按钮(或双击工作流名称)，以在 Designer 中打开工作流。

删除 Platform 链接

要删除 Alteryx Platform 链接，请在 Designer 中

  1. 转至 选项 >  管理 Alteryx 链接 。您将看到所有当前的 Platform 链接。

  2. 找到要删除的链接，然后选择旁边的垃圾桶图标。

  3. 选择 删除 按钮以确认，或使用 后退 按钮返回到 管理 Alteryx 链接 窗口。

请注意，删除 Platform 链接时，您只是删除了 Designer 和 Platform 之间的连接。如果将来需要，您可以随时重新添加链接。
