Safe and Semi-safe Run Modes: Blocked Tools, Events, and Data Connectors

Server admins set a Default Run Mode when configuring the Server. Go to the Server UI help page for more info. The Server's Default Run Mode determines the workflows that Server users can run. This is the list of blocked tools, events, and data connectors for both Safe and Semi-safe run modes.
Safe and Semi-safe: Tools That Block Directory Access
In both Safe and Semi-safe mode, Server users can't run workflows with these tools if they read data from or write data to a location that isn't within the workflow staging directory (workspace).
Email Tool: Server users can't run workflows with an Email tool that references an attachment in a location that isn't within the workflow staging directory (workspace).

In Safe mode, Server users can't run workflows with these tools.
