Use the Geocode feature to leverage location-based data. Using the geocode, you can transform the raw data into actionable insights.
Select Add Layers. The Platform datasets from these supported formats display here. For more information, go to Add Layers.
Select Upload Data. The Upload Data pane displays.
Select Choose File and then select the required files.
Note
Once you upload the datasets, you return to the Add Layers pane, where you can select the newly created platform dataset.
Select the geocoded datasets. Select any of the CSV, Parquet, Esri Shapefile (zipped), Google Earth, and KML files.
Select the required details from these dropdowns:
Country: Select the required country.
Address: Select the required address.
City: Select the required city.
State: Select the required state.
Zip/Postal Code: Select the required zip or postal code.
Select the created geocoded address layers and then select Create. The created layers load onto the map canvas.
Note
Geocoding requests utilize the TomTom API proxied via spatial services.
Hover over the spatial points on the map canvas for further information.
Tip
You can select the Map legends at the bottom of the map canvas to view them.
The map automatically adds layers. Select the gear icon to remove the layers.
The Legend automatically updates based on the style selected in the Edit Style pane. If no layers are present, you can't expand the legend.
