Add Workflows and Insights to a Collection

Collections members with necessary permissions can add workflows, apps, and insights to the collection.

Important

For each collection you are a member of, you have to have the Add Assets permission to add workflows, apps, and insights. If you don't see the Add Workflow button in the collection, review your collection permissions on the Users tab of the collection. If you don't have the Add Assets permission, contact your Server administrator or a Collections user that has admin permissions.

Note: Curators (Server admins) who have been added to the collection always have access to add assets to collections.

Add or Remove Workflows

Follow these steps to add workflows and apps to a collection.

  1. In the Server user interface, select Collections.

  2. Select the collection where you want to add workflows.

  3. On the Workflows tab, select Add— you can also add apps and macros via the Add button.

  4. In the Workflows search bar, enter the workflow name and select the workflow when it appears in the list.

  5. Select Add.

To remove a workflow from a collection, select Remove in the three-dot menu for that workflow.

Add or Remove Insights

Follow these steps to add insights to a collection.

  1. In the Server user interface, select Collections.

  2. Select the collection.

  3. On the Insights tab, select Add.

  4. In the Insights search bar, enter the insight name and select the insight when it appears in the list.

  5. Select Add.

To remove an insight from a collection, select Remove in the three-dot menu for that insight.
