Licensing & Downloads Portal Release Notes

Alteryx Licensing & Downloads portal version 2023.1 comes with a new user portal that provides increased functionality, stability, and scalability.

You can now export data from tables in the Licenses, Products, and Users pages into a CSV file. The size of the data affects the speed of export. We recommend opening a new window to continue working.

You can revoke licenses from machines and delete users in batches.

You can publish custom-formatted announcements on the Homepage.

You can view Alteryx usage data on all your users in a convenient chart.

You can now access the API of the Licensing & Downloads portal. To see the list of available API endpoints, go to us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/api-docs. For more information, go to Licensing & Downloads Portal API.

The Licenses overview page no longer has the option to download individual products. You can download your products from the Home page.

You can no longer search for users, email addresses, or machine names directly from the Licenses overview page. You need to select a product first, then the search is available using the filters at the top of each column.

You can no longer manage machines directly from the Administer Machines page. Go to View Licenses or Manage Accounts and Users to see available options.
