By default, only users signed in to the Server UI can run workflows. Curators (Server admins) can change this setting to enable users to run workflows on My Workspace—the Public tab—without logging in. To do so, enable the Unregistered Users Can Run Workflow on the Homepage setting on the Configuration tab on the Settings page in the Admin interface.
Limitations
Anonymous users cannot run public workflows if the Workflow Credentials Setting is configured to anything other than Use Default Credentials. For more information about the Workflow Credentials Setting, go to Alteryx Server Settings.
This feature isn't supported on Servers using Windows authentication. Anyone who accesses the Gallery will have a user record created automatically, and their access to the Public Gallery will follow the default user role.
